Hey beauties! Here I am, alive after Fall 2017 semester! Can you believe it? I can't. What a busy 4 months it has been and it's only going to get busier in 2018. Im glad I have a little more time to post. Stay tuned for posts on my Winter vacay.....packing as we speak. I hope you all have enjoyed the holidays and cherished the great memories with your friends and families. I'm glad I am lucky enough to be home for the holidays. Always appreciate the time spent together, love is not materialistic.

On another note, I want to wish my mother a very Happy Birthday today! Im extremely happy to see her enjoying her life now after some rough past years. Te amo mom!

Hey beauties! I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend & stuffed your bellies! I got to spend the holiday at home with lots of my family. I look back at Thanksgiving last year and I can't believe how many memories I have made since then. Im thankful to have experienced all that I have this past year. Denim DIY

Hey beauties! This post was long overdue, but school has been consuming my life. I DIY'ed this denim jacket about a month ago and I love how it turned out. All the patches were purchased off of Amazon for less than $20. It was surprisingly very easy to put together. Denim jackets have been trending for some time now and I decided to make it a DIY and save the $45-$50 they charge for these at the stores. My dress and my sandals were a total of $8 from Forever21. I hope I inspired you all to save your money! I've never been the type to splurge all my money on material things, so when I can think of a way to save a couple dollars I'm all for it!

This was my take on a denim daytime outfit, but keep your eyes open... there might just be a nighttime look in the works!

October has arrived witches!

Patience is a Virtue

Hey beauties! Here I have my outfit from Sunday evening at Dr.Limon Ceviche Resaurant here in Miami. The dinner was in celebration of my sister-in-law's Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. All those years and late nights studying together while eating spicy chips and watching Bachelor in Paradise finally paid off! LOL Alot of patience was needed to get through all the years it took her to get to where she is now. Patience. Something that hit me this weekend. Unfortunately, I lost my uncle this past Saturday. The same day I lost my great-grandmother 4 years ago. Now they are keeping each other company and watching over me.

At his viewing, patience was brought up. My uncle was a fisherman all his life and being a fisherman requires an abundance amount of patience. Whenever you feel like giving up, have patience. Whenever you feel the lowest of lows, have patience. It really stuck with me and for him I will work on my patience. Whenever it feels like nothing is going right in my life, I will remember him and have patience. Whenever it seems like you cant get it right, I want you to have patience. It what you want feels so out of reach or so much of a stretch, have patience.

Happy 4th of July!

Hey beauties! Hoping you all enjoyed your Fourth of July and stayed safe! I spent mine eating pizza and watching Netflix. I finally finished OITNB Season 5! I celebrated the holiday Saturday afternoon with a BBQ/pool party. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures of that outfit but I decided to come up with a little casual fit for you guys. BTW I got a dog! I surprised my mom with a puppy and Im absolutely obsessed, I mean how can you resist such a cute face, plus he makes a great prop for pictures lol. Happy 4th of July!
